Submit any one from ID/Address, plus a recent photo & signature. Ensure details match PAN.
- PAN Card (mandatory & clear scan)
- Aadhaar Card (preferred) OR Passport / Driving Licence / Voter ID — as ID + Address proof
- Recent Passport-size Photo (JPEG/PNG)
- Signature on blank white paper (scan/photo)
- Bank Proof — Cancelled cheque / 1st page of passbook / bank statement with name, IFSC & account number
- Mobile & Email (linked to Aadhaar preferred)
CAN Account (Common Account Number)
For investments across multiple Mutual Funds with a single investor profile. Ideal for individuals & families.
- PAN Card of applicant (mandatory)
- KYC Status should be Registered (not On-hold). If not, complete KYC first.
- Address Proof — Aadhaar/Passport/Driving Licence/Utility bill (≤ 3 months)
- Bank Proof — Cancelled cheque / passbook / statement with IFSC & MICR
- Nominee Details — Name, relation, DOB (if minor)
- FATCA/CRS Declaration — Will be filled during CAN creation
- For Joint / Minor / NRI (if
applicable):
– Joint holders: PAN, KYC & signatures of all holders
– Minor: Birth certificate & guardian KYC
– NRI: Passport & overseas address proof
Note: Make sure your name, date of birth and address
match across PAN, Aadhaar and bank proof to avoid rejections.
CAN Account (Kolte Investments)
Specially for investors with Kolte Investments. If you are "KYC" valaidated , then send following documents on WhatsApp
- PAN Card Zerox with Applicant(self) signed (mandatory)

Bank Proof — Submit **any one** of the following---
- Cancelled Cheque OR
- Account Statement (latest 1 month) OR
- Passbook Photo (front & last page showing transactions, within 2 months old)

- Aadhar Card (front + back side photo).
